Founder
After an initial career with a major media group, Séverine founded Selective Home in 2008, driven by her passion for property.
Her personal experience as a buyer, investor and renovator, combined with a Master’s degree in Real Estate Management from ESSEC (2007), confirmed her professional path.
For nearly 20 years, Séverine has brought enthusiasm, rigour and a strong sense of challenge to every project, building relationships with her clients that are always personal and trust-based.
Carole Kugler
Île d’Yeu Specialist
After working in sports event management and later running her own business in the restaurant sector, Carole settled on the Île d’Yeu, where she now lives year-round.
With an in-depth knowledge of this unique island, she shares her expertise both with holidaymakers wishing to discover it and with property owners looking for attentive, year-round management of their homes.

Property has always been part of Claire’s professional journey. After an initial experience in a notary’s office, she was also involved in the creation and management of three micro-nurseries.
With over five years at Selective Home, she is the key point of contact for mountain rentals — a field she knows inside out.
